Soumyanatha Swamy Temple is located in Nandalur Kadapa District. This temple
was built in 11th Century.
Sri Soumyanatha Swamy is
an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The idol is Seven feet tall. The deity is
salagramadhara with four hands one holding a Sudarshana Chakram and another a
Panchajanya Sankham.
Goddess Mahalakshmi
Ammavaru holding two loutses is seen on the chest of the deity.
Sun rays directly fall
directly on the lotus feet of the deity.
Deity is clearly visible
from the entrance itself.
