Sri Dhutpapeshwar Swamy Temple is located at Dhopeshwar Village in Rajapur Taluk in Ratnagiri district in the state of Maharashtra. It is located on the banks of river Mrudani.

Lord Dhutpapeshwar is an incarnation of Lord Shiva

The temple architecture is beautifully carved on wood and basalt rock

Few other small temples can be seen in the premises with a coloured Deepstambh.

Wood carvings like Maruti, lotus, peacock can be seen in the wooden hall.

There will be a huge crowd on Mondays and Mahashivaratri.

This temple is believed to be 400 years old.
