Damodar Dwadashi, or Damodara Dwadasi, is observed on the 12th day of the waxing phase of the moon (Shukla Paksha) of Shravan month. It is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

Donating rice, fruits, and clothes to Brahmin priests is considered auspicious on this day. Devotees observe fast on this day and visit lord Vishnu temples.
