Narasimha Swamy Temple has a Dwaja Stambham and Gopuram constructed in the Kadambulas style of architecture.
This temple was constructed in Chalukyas and Kakatiyas styles of architecture and has a Pushkarni.
The four pillars of the Mandap were greatly carved Portraying pictures from Puranas and social events. There is a 30-meter pillar on the north of the temple and it is called Andalu Stambam.
During Kakatiya’s period, the minister constructed a lord shiva temple on the top of the hill and performed poojas to lord shiva in this temple. One day while the minister of sleep Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy came into his dreams and said to him that he is present on the same hill. Then the minister searched for Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy on the hill then he saw a Swayambhu Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy at this place.
