Sri Kasi Visweswara Swamy Temple Timings - Bugga Agraharam

 

Sri Kasi Visweswara  Swamy temple is located at Bugga Agraharam, Chittoor district in Andhrapradesh State. It is located on the banks of Kusasthalai river.


Here lord is an incarnation of Lord Shiva.Sri Annapurna devi and Sri Kamakshi devi are the consorts of Kasi Visweswara Swamy.


This temple has a 3 tiered Rajagopuram.


It is said that there was a small pit behind the Shivalinga idol. The origin of te water in the pit and the water passing through the channels is not known to anybody.


Best time to visit – September to February.

Sri Raghavendra Swami Aradhana 2024 Dates

Sri Raghavendra Swami was born as the second son of Gopikamba and Thimanna Bhatta in the year 1595. The great saint who was hailed as the incarnation of Prahalada, the great bhakta of Lord Maha Vishnu, was born in the Mrighashirsha Nakshatra at Buvanagiri which is in the present day Tamilnadu. Born as Venkatanatha and fondly called Venkata Ramana, Sri Raghavendra Swami was the epitome of piety and bhakti.
