Man can Attain Salvation through Yoga
A man can attain Salvation through practice of yoga. It helps a man to live in this world with a sense of detachment and avoid the allurements of this mortal world.
Yoga comprises of Six organs :
Prayanayama (Breathing exercise)
Japa (chanting)
Pratyahara (restraining sense organs)
Dharana (resolution)
Dhyana (meditation)
Samadhi (deep meditation)
Not only self control helps a man in diminishing his sins, but also the Supreme power has to give blessings. Blessings of god (supreme power) help a man to attain Salvation.
Pranayama is of two types
Garbha – Chanting with mantras is called as Garbha
Agarbha – No mantras are chanted during Pranayama.
Man get attracted to worldly pleasures and checking the tendency of mind is called Pratyahara.
It is not easy to control the mind and concentrate on anything for a long time. But Dharana helps a man to do that.
When a man controls his sensual desires then it becomes very easy for him to concentrate his mind. Only concentrated mind is easily to meditate.
When he masters his mind it is easy for him to enter into state of Samadhi.
In state of Samadhi one can establish divine link with God, which helps him in experiencing divine bliss.
