Sri Karanja Narasimha Swamy Temple Timings – Ahobilam

Sri Karanja Narasimha Swamy Temple is situated on ghat road between Upper and Lower Ahobilam.

It is named after the tree under which the idol is installed.

According to legend, Lord Hanuma meditated here and when Narasimha Swamy appeared, hanuman refused to recognize his god in any form but Rama.

As per Hanuman’s wish, Narasimha Swamy appeared in form of Lord Rama.
