The Uniqueness of the temple is that main shrine Shivalinga is made of 250 kg of mercury and one of the largest Shivalinga of India.


Shri Mrityunjay Pardeshwar Mahadev Temple, mercury is called "para" so it name Pardeshwar temple. The entire temple is made up of white marble and stands at a height of eighty feet. The shrine sees the idol of Lord Shiva alongside Devi Annapurna’s idol. The entire temple is sprawled over a massive area of 4,000 sq m of land.
