Sri Vaikuntavasa Perumal Temple Timings - Nemili

Sri Vaikunta Vasa Perumal Temple is located at Nemili village near Tiruttani town, Tiruvallur district  in the state of Tamilnadu.


Sri Vaikunta Vasa Perumal is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. He is in a seated posture on Adisesha the deity holds the Shanka and the Chakra. The lower right hand is positioned in abhaya, which assures protection, while two fingers of the left hand hold a single grain of rice.


He wears big Thirunamam on his forehead. The lord here is a manifestation.


Goddess Sridevi and Bhudevi are the consorts of Lord Vishnu.


This temple has no Rajagopuram.


This temple was built in 10th Century.


This temple is parikara sthalam for un-married and the childless. The un-married can bring 2 flower garlands and place one on the ustava deity nithya kalyana perumal. Since prayers are said to answered within three months.


Rohini star is a special day at this temple every month.


This temple is also supposed to be parihara sthalam for those who have Rahu-Kethu dosha. Devotees frequently visit to get rid of the doshas which prevent the from getting married, childbirth, promotions etc.

Sri Murugan Temple - Thiruparankundram

Sri Murugan Temple is located at Thiruparankundram in Madurai district of Tamilnadu State. It is regarded as one of the Six abodes of Lord Murugan.   Sri Anchumoorthi Temple is located on the banks of Bharathappuzha at Thirumittacode of Palakkad district in Kerala State.
