Sree Kartikeya Temple Timings – Pehowa
Sree Kartikeya temple is located in Pehowa town in Kurukshetra district the state of Haryana.
The Sanctum Sanctorum
comprises two blocks of stones and a marble image of Lord Kartikeya flanked by
two oil lamps.Here Devotees offer mustard oil on the blocks and lamps.
This temple was built
around 5th Century.
Women are strictly
forbidden in this temple which celebrates the brahmachari form of Lord
Kartikeya.
Here devotees observe
very strict Chaturmas vrat. It is said that a true devotee of this shrine never
loses any battles in life.
