Sri Pada Sri Vallabha Swamy Temple Timings – Pithapuram

 

Sri Pada Sri Vallabha temple is located in Pithapuram in Eastgodavari district in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

He an guru in Dattatreya Sampradaya, who is an incarnation of Lord Dattatreya.

He is considered as first datta avatar in Kaliyuga.

He was born in  Pithapuram.

He took Sanyas at the age of 16. He also some holy places like Varanasi, Badarikashram, Gokarna, Srisailam and Kuravapura.

He took Jalasamdhi in Kuruvapura.

This temple has huge gopuram and a sacred pond.

Devotees sprinkle the holy water from this pond as it relives oneself from their sins.

There is Audambara vriksha beside the shrine.
