Sparsha Darshan at Srisailam Temple

 

At the Srisailam Temple, there are two ways for devotees to get Sparsha Darshan. One does not require a ticket, while the other does.

Timings for Free Darshan

From Tuesday to Friday, it is permitted from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Daily Paid Darshan Tickets at 7:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 9:00 p.m.

6.30 am , 12.30 pm, 6.30 pm – Samuhika Abhishekam

Morning and Evening – Garbhalaya Abhishekam

Morning and Evening – Kukumarchana

6.00 pm – Kalyanam

8.00 am – Rudra Homam

11.00 am – Chandi Homam

7.00 am, 12.30 pm, 7.30 pm, 9.00 pm

Sri Murugan Temple - Thiruparankundram

Sri Murugan Temple is located at Thiruparankundram in Madurai district of Tamilnadu State. It is regarded as one of the Six abodes of Lord Murugan.   Sri Anchumoorthi Temple is located on the banks of Bharathappuzha at Thirumittacode of Palakkad district in Kerala State. Vaikunta Ekadasi/ Mukkoti Ekadasi

Vaikuntha Ekadasi is one of the important and auspicious days for Hindus. It is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It occurs in the Hindu calendar, in the month of Margashirsha (Between December and January). Also called the 'Mukkoti Ekadasi', when observed, it bestows liberation from the cycle of birth and death.  Devotees believe that ‘Vaikuntha Dwaram’ or ‘the gate to Lord's Inner Sanctum’ is opened on this day. Devotees observe Ekadashi fasting and rush to Vishnu temples on this day, They believe that the gates of heaven are opened.
