Sri Sangameshwar Swamy Mandir - Haripur

 

Sri Sangameshwar Swamy Mandir is located at Haripur Village in Sangli district in the state of Maharashtra.

Lord Sangameshwar is an incarnation of Lord Shiva

This temple was built in North Indian style of architecture.

It is the intersection point of River Krishna and River Warna.

Lord Ram during his exile days placed a Shivling at the confluence and worshipped for few days.

It is an ancient temple and the construction of temple remains unknown.
