Sri Mariamman Temple is located in Samayapuram in Tiruchirappalli district in the state of Tamilnadu.

Mariamman is an incarnation of Goddess Parvati

The main deity is made of sand and clay and hence there are no abhishekams conducted to the main deity. Instead, the abhishekam is done to a small deity in front of it.

This temple has a 5 tier Rajagopuram.

There are Sakthi theertham, Mahamaayee theertham, Jadaayu theertham and Ganga theertham.

This is one of the largest temples earning high revenues for the state endowment.

Many devotees visit this temple from Karnataka, as Mariamman resembles the Chamundeswari of Mysore.

Mangal Sutra offered by women is the majority of offerings in the hundi.

Diseases are cured without Surgery in many cases.

Chithirai Car festival draws lakhs of devotees, Poo Choridal on the last Sunday of Masi and Vaikasi Panchaprakaram festival, 11 days Thaipusam are the festivals celebrated here.

Special Pujas are performed on Deepavali, Pongal, Tamil, and English new year days.

The temple experience rush on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday.

Sri Ayyappa Swamy Temple Timings - Sabarimala

Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple is Positioned in the Pathanamitta district of Kerala State. Sabarimala Sree Dharma Sastha Temple is the most famous and Prominent among all the Sastha Temples. Sri Kanakadurga Ammavaru Bhavani Deeksha Dates 2024 - Vijayawada

Bhavani Deeksha is the vrata dedicated to Goddess Kanakadurga of Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. Bhavani Deeksha begins on the Karthika pournami or the Utthana Ekadasi during Karthika Masam. This ritual is practiced for 41 or 21 days. Rules to Follow  : The devotee who takes this Deeksha is called Bhavani. Bhavani Deeksha is taken either at the temple or home.   They wear red colored shirts and dhotis. Women usually take the Deeksha for 21 days after or before the menstrual cycle. While visiting the temple, devotees take a bath in the Krishna River and have the darshan of the Goddess They have to bathe in cold water every day. While  visiting the temple, they carry the irumudi, a bag with two compartments. The front portion is reserved for keeping the offerings to the deity, while the rear is meant to hold the pilgrim's personal requirements for the journey. Sri Raghavendra Swami Aradhana 2024 Dates

Sri Raghavendra Swami was born as the second son of Gopikamba and Thimanna Bhatta in the year 1595. The great saint who was hailed as the incarnation of Prahalada, the great bhakta of Lord Maha Vishnu, was born in the Mrighashirsha Nakshatra at Buvanagiri which is in the present day Tamilnadu. Born as Venkatanatha and fondly called Venkata Ramana, Sri Raghavendra Swami was the epitome of piety and bhakti. After serving the world and the lord for a lifetime, Sri Raghavendra Swami attained Jeeva Samadhi in the year 1671. It happened on the Dwitiya of Krishna Paksha of the Shravana month. The Brindavana that houses the samadhi is in the Raghavendra Mutt in Mantralayam and is visited by hundreds and thousands of devotees each year. The day of his Samadhi is celebrated as Sri Raghavendra Swamy Aradhana.
