Sri Shenbagavalli Amman
Temple is located in Kovilpatti in the Tuticorin district in the state of
Tamilnadu.
Sri Shenbagavalli Amman
is an incarnation of Goddess Parvati. She is standing posture 7 feet tall,
whereas Alankaras are done in a sitting form.
Lord Poovanatha Swamy is
the consort of Goddess Shenbagavalli.
There are two
dwarapalakis in the shrine.
Though the original form
is standing, the alankaras are done in sitting form.
This temple was built in the
Dravidian style of architecture.

Rajagopuram.
The Koneru is named Agasthiya
Theertham.
