Dwajarohanam
It is performed on the first
day evening inside the temple, signaling the start of brahmotsavam. The sacred
yellow flag with the imprint of Lord garuda is ceremonially hoisted. It is an invitation
to entire devatas and other heavenly bodies to take part in this festival.
Pedda Sesha Vahanam
The seven hoods represent
the seven hills of Lord Venkateswara.
It is an appreciation of
his services, to honor being his first vahana during brahmotsavam.
Chinna Sesha Vahanam
It is organized to
enlighten devotees on the importance of hidden Kundalini energy within man.
Hamsa Vahanam
Lord Guides mankind to
lead a Sanctified life, bestowing on it the wisdom to shed bad qualities and
retain noble virtues.
Simha Vahanam
It is an embodiment of
power and Speed.
A powerful entity is born
to remove evil spirits and harmful elements and protect the righteous.
Mutyapu Pandiri Vahanam
It is resplendent milky
white pearls spreading the message of peace, love, and co-existence in society.
Kalpavriksha Vahanam
It is bestowing fortunes
on his devotees and fulfilling their wishes.
Sarvabhoopala Vahanam
It is about spreading the
message to all the Dikpalakas governing the universe are under his direct
control and vigilance, that mankind prospers with timely rains.
Mohini Avatar
It is organized to illustrate
the benevolence extended by the lord to those who follow the path of virtue.
Garuda Vahanam
It is considered auspicious
of all vahana sevas
On this day the deity also
wears the sacred garlands from the temple of Goddess Andal in Srivilliputtur.
Hanumantha Vahanam

Gaja Vahanam

Chandraprabha Vahanam
Lord Showers his coolness
on riding this vahana.
Rathotsavam
Lord along with his consorts,
mounts the wooden chariot which is pulled by devotees along the four Mada streets.
Aswa vahanam
This signifies the Kalki Avatar,
who fights evil and protects the Virtuous.
Chakra Snanam
Snapana tirumanjanam (celestial bath) is performed on the deities in Swamy Pushkarini.
