Sri Kothandaramar Temple is located in Paruthiyur Village of Kudavasal Taluk in Thiruvarur district of Tamilnadu

It is one of the Abhimana Kshetram of Lord Vishnu

It is one of the Pancha Rama Temples

The presiding deity of the temple is Varadarajar.

The temple is famed as Paruthiyur Rama Temple.

Kothandaramar is facing south. Rama is along with consort Sita, Lakshmanan, and Hanuman.

This temple has shrines dedicated to Visalakshi, Visvanathar, Mahalakshmi, and Varadharajar.

This temple is similar to Thillivilagam temple in that it allows worship of both Siva and Vishnu.
