Sri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Timings

Kashi Vishwanath Temple is one of 12 holy Jyotirlings.It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is situated in Varanasi, Uttarpradesh. “Viswanath” means King of the Universe. Kashi is also Cultural Capital of India.

Here Shivalingam is selfmanifested.

This Temple was built in 11th Century.


Adi Shankaracharya has written Kashi Panchakam , Tulsi das composed the Hanuman Chalisa and Ramacharitamanas in Kashi.

3.00 am to 4.00 am - Mangala Aarti

11.30 am to 12.00 pm – Afternoon Bhog

7.00 pm to 8.30 pm – Sapta Rishi Aarti

9.00 pm – Shringar Bhog and Aarti

10.30 pm – Shayan Aarti.
