Sri Muktheswara Swamy temple is located at Kaleswaram, Karimnagar district in the state of Telangana.

Muktheswara Swamy is an incarnation of Lord Shiva. Goddess Parvathi is consort of Lord Shiva.

The dual lingams has two holes like nostrils in it. The water poured on the lingam will enters these holes and joins in Godavari river.

This temple has a 5 tier Rajagopuram constructed in Kakatiya style of architecture.This temple was built in 11^th & 12^th Centuries.
