Sri Aravindalochanar Perumal Temple Timings - Tholavillimangalam

 


Sri Aravindalochanar Perumal temple is located in Tholavillimangalam Village in Thoothukudi district in the state of Tamilnadu.


Aravindalochanar Perumal is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu and he is in standing posture in this temple.


Goddess Karunthadankanni is consort of Aravindalochanar Perumal


It is one of the 108 divyadesam dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is also classified as Navatirupathi, the nine temples revered by Alwars located on the banks of Tamiraparani river.


Lord Vishnu himself is acting as the nine planets in these places, there are no separate shrine for Navagrahas.


This temple is associated with Rahu a snake Planet.


This temple occupies an area of one acre and is surrounded by a granite wall


This temple was built in Dravidian style of architecture and does not have a Rajagopuram.


There is a koneru named as Varuna theertham.


The temple was built 1000 years ago and is glorified in Divya Prabandha.

Sri Raghavendra Swami Aradhana 2024 Dates

Sri Raghavendra Swami was born as the second son of Gopikamba and Thimanna Bhatta in the year 1595. The great saint who was hailed as the incarnation of Prahalada, the great bhakta of Lord Maha Vishnu, was born in the Mrighashirsha Nakshatra at Buvanagiri which is in the present day Tamilnadu. Born as Venkatanatha and fondly called Venkata Ramana, Sri Raghavendra Swami was the epitome of piety and bhakti. Tirumala: March 2025 Quota Details

  The March 2025 quota of Arjita Seva tickets will be released on December 18 at 10am by TTD online which includes Arjita Sevas viz. Suprabhatam, Tomala, Archana, Astadalam. The devotees shall register for these sevas from December 18-20 and those who got the tickets shall have to pay from December 20 onwards and before the 12noon of December 22. Meanwhile, the Arjita Sevas like Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjita Brahmotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva tickets will be released at 10am on December 21 while the virtual sevas and gheir darshan slots on the same day at 3pm. TTD will release the  the Anga Pradakshinam tokens at 10am, SRIVANI tickets at 11am, Physically challenged and senior citizens at 3pm on December 23.
