Sri Mogileeswara Swamy Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located at Mogili, Chittoor District. This temple is also popularly called as Dakshina Kailasam.

Mogileswara Swamy is an incarnation of Lord Shiva


Lord Vinayaka and Daskhina murthi , Brahma and Durga are worshipped in the premises.


South to this temple a big hill is situated known as Devara Konda.


This temple has three gopurams and Pushkarini is situated in the premises.


This temple was built in the 10th Century.

Sri Raghavendra Swami Aradhana 2024 Dates

Sri Raghavendra Swami was born as the second son of Gopikamba and Thimanna Bhatta in the year 1595. The great saint who was hailed as the incarnation of Prahalada, the great bhakta of Lord Maha Vishnu, was born in the Mrighashirsha Nakshatra at Buvanagiri which is in the present day Tamilnadu. Born as Venkatanatha and fondly called Venkata Ramana, Sri Raghavendra Swami was the epitome of piety and bhakti. After serving the world and the lord for a lifetime, Sri Raghavendra Swami attained Jeeva Samadhi in the year 1671. It happened on the Dwitiya of Krishna Paksha of the Shravana month. Tirumala: March 2025 Quota Details

  The March 2025 quota of Arjita Seva tickets will be released on December 18 at 10am by TTD online which includes Arjita Sevas viz. Suprabhatam, Tomala, Archana, Astadalam. The devotees shall register for these sevas from December 18-20 and those who got the tickets shall have to pay from December 20 onwards and before the 12noon of December 22. Meanwhile, the Arjita Sevas like Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjita Brahmotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva tickets will be released at 10am on December 21 while the virtual sevas and gheir darshan slots on the same day at 3pm. TTD will release the  the Anga Pradakshinam tokens at 10am, SRIVANI tickets at 11am, Physically challenged and senior citizens at 3pm on December 23.   Pushya Masam is the tenth month as per the lunar calendar. In this month farmers get their crop hence it is called Soubhagya Laksmi Masam. Tirumala Brahmotsavam is an annual festival at  Lord Venkateswara Temple celebrated for nine days in September and October. Mandala Puja at Sabarimala

Mandala Puja is an important ritual observed in Sabarimala Temple. The day of Mandala Puja marks the end of 41 days long austerity observed by devotees of Lord Ayyappa. Mandala Puja and Makar Vilakku are the two major events held in Sabarimala temple. It begins on the 1 st day of Malayalam month Vrishchikam and ends on the 11 th day of Malayalam month Dhanu. During these days  Sabarimala temple is opened for darshan. Most devotees from various parts of the world visit Sabarimala during these days. Mandala Puja is mentioned in Various Puranas. By performing mandala puja the person’s destiny can be changed positively and all his desires are fulfilled. Women below 10 and above 50 are allowed to do this. They are called Malikapuram.
