Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is located in Bhadravati town in Shimoga district in the state of Karnataka.


Here Lord Narasimha Swamy is in a relaxed position protecting his devotee Prahalada.


Goddess Lakshmi Devi is the consort of Narasimha Swamy.


This temple was built by Hoysala rulers.


The temple has three gopurams and hence called by the name Threekutachal Temple.


Sri Krishna, Lord Purushottama, Lord Ganesha and Goddess Sharadamba are the other deities in the temple.


It is believed that here Lord Vishnu in the avatar of Varaha rescued Bhudevi.


This temple was built in 13th Century.
