Sri Radha Raman Temple Timings - Vrindavan
Sri Radha Raman Temple is located in Vrindavan in
Mathura district in the state of Uttarpradesh.
Here Lord Krishna is in standing posture with a height
of 3 feet tall and a mystic smile on Krishna face.
It is one of the few original deities of the Goswamis
still in Vrindavan.
It is believed that Gopala Bhatta Goswami collected twelve
saligrams when he visited Nepal and bathed in Kali-Gandaki river and later when
he returned back to Vrindavan one Saligrama fossilized turned and emerged in a
perfect Shaped Lord Krishna deity.
During full moon day of Vaishaka month the day is
celebrated every year by bathing deity and Saligrams with milk.
This temple was built in Rajasthani style of
Architecture.
It is the most revered temples in Vrindavan.
The fires for cooking in the temple kitchen have been
burning continuously till now, since the deity was installed.
