Appalayagunta Temple: Pushpayagam on July 22

 

TTD is organising the Pushpayagam fete at the Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple in Appalayagunta on July 22 with the Ankurarpanam event on July 21.

The purpose of the fete is to ward off any lapses during the recent annual Brahmotsavam held from June 17-25.

As part of the festivities, the Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed to the utsava idols of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swami and His consorts in the morning followed by  Pushpa Yagam in the evening.

Varieties of tons of flowers are used and finally, Thiru veedhi utsavam is observed.
