Vijaya Vittal Temple Timings - Hampi




The Vittala Temple or Vitthala Temple in Hampi is an ancient monument that is well-known for its exceptional architecture and unmatched craftsmanship. It is considered to be one of the largest and the most famous structure in Hampi. 

The main deity of  this temple is Vijaya Vittala, who is an incarnation of Lod Vishnu.

This temple is located on the banks of river Tungabhadra.

The world famous stone chariot is one of the three famous stone chariots in India, two being in Konark and Mahabalipuram.

This temple was built in 15th century.

Best time to Visit – September to February

Traditional dress is allowed for darshan.
