2020 : Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavams at Srinivasa Mangapuram Temple

The annual Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavams will be held in Srinivasa Mangapuram from June 25-27. Everyday there will be Snapana Tirumanjanam between 9am and 10:30am to Sridevi Bhudevi Sametha Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy in Ekantam. On June 28, Paruveta Utsavam will be observed. In view of ongoing Covid 19 restrictions, the Utsavam will be observed in Ekantam only. On June 23, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be performed in the temple.

2020 : Suryagrahanam in TTD Local Temples

In view of Surya Grahanam on June 21, the locals temples in Tirupati including Tiruchanoor, Srinivasa Mangapuram, Appalayagunta will remain closed till afternoon. After Ekanta Seva on June 20, the temple doors of respective temples will be closed. They will be opened after 2.30pm and cleaning rituals like Suddhi, Punyaha Vachanam etc.will be performed.  In Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple as the rituals of Suprabhatam, Sahasra Namarchana, Nityarchana followed by evening bell and Naivedyams lasts till 7.30pm on June 21, TTD has dispensed with Darshan for devotees. However, in temples like Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy, after Suddhi and other rituals between 4pm and 6pm, the devotees will be allowed for darshan between 6pm and 7pm followed by evening Tomala Seva and Ekanta Sevas. 2020 : Solar Eclipse on June 21 at Srivari Temple

The Tirumala temple will be opened on June 21 by 2.30pm following Solar Eclipse. The eclipse occurs between 10:18am and 1:38pm. After the closure of the temple doors with Ekanta Seva on June 20 by 8:30pm, the temple doors will be reopened on June 21 by 2:30pm and Suddhi, Punyahavachanam, Tomala, Koluvu, Panchanga Sravanam at Bangaru Vakili.  After that first Archana, first Bell, Bali, Saattumora, second Archana, second Bell will be observed in Ekantham till 6pm. Later night Kainkaryams follows from 7am onwards and Ekanta Seva is performed at 8:30pm.  TTD has dispensed with darshan for pilgrims on June 21 following Surya Grahanam. Kalyanotsava Seva also remains cancelled.  Due to solar eclipse, there will be no distribution of Annaprasadam at Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex. Devotees are requested to make note of this and plan their pilgrimage accordingly.
