Shri Devikoop Bhadrakali
Mandir is located in Kurukshetra district of Haryana State. It is also known as
“Devi Peeth”, “ Kalika Peeth” or “ Aadi Peeth” or Savitri Peeth”.
Goddess Bhadrakali is an
incarnation of Goddess Parvathi. Here Lord Shiva is worshipped as Sthanu.
Sati devi’s right ankle
had fallen here and the temple is also one of the 51 Shakti peethas.
