2021 : Arjita Seva Devotees Permitted with Covid Certificates from April 14.
After a year of Covid restrictions the TTD has announced on Tuesday that devotees will be permitted for Arjita sevas from April 14 onwards but with Covid negative certificates only.
All the Grihastas
coming for all Arjita Sevas and ustavas have to submit Covid Negative (only
three days old) certificates at Vaikuntam Queue complex
As part of a special
drive to protect the Srivari Utsava Idols from excess-usage, TTD has also
decided to convert the weekly sevas Vishesha Pooja (Monday’s) and Sahasra
Kalasabhishekam (Wednesdays) into annual sevas. Both the unique Arjita sevas
will henceforth be performed at the Srivari temple once in a year that too as
Circar Seva. Similarly, the Festival of Vasantothsavam will also be performed
as an annual Seva.
For the devotees
who have hither-too booked these three arjita sevas are now given the option to
either claim refund or a one-time option to get the facility of VIP break
Darshan.
TTD will soon
inform the devotees on the process of choice of dates for Break Darshan or the
refund claims in connection with the above three arjita sevas.
TTD has also
provided the option of Break Darshan or refund claim for arjita sevas, which
were booked in advance online between March 20 of 2020 to April 13 of 2021
during the COVID-19 period.
The arjita sevas
with similar options included Suprabatham Tomala, Archana, Astadala Pada
padmaradhana, Sahasra Kalasabhishekam, Tiruppavada, Melchat Vastrams,
Purabhisekam, Civet Vessel, Kasturi Vessel, and Nija Pada Darshana etc. The
devotees could opt for either Break Darshan or a refund claim.
TTD has taken the
above decision to further facilitate devotees with Srivari Darshan, as during
the Covid-19 situation all these days, it was not possible to allow devotees to
avail these arjita sevas.
