Vasudeva Dwadashi

Vasudeva Dwadashi is a vrat dedicated to Lord Vishnu or Lord Krishna. It falls on the day after Devshayani Ekadashi.


As part of Chaturmas Vrat devotees undergo strict penance for the four months of Ashada, Shravan, Bhadrapada, and Ashvin can gain tremendous benefits and salvation of the soul. Donating rice, fruits, and clothes to Brahmin priests is considered auspicious on this day.

Visiting a nearby temple, Chanting Vishnu Sahasranama is considered highly auspicious on this day.

Sri Raghavendra Swami Aradhana 2024 Dates

Sri Raghavendra Swami was born as the second son of Gopikamba and Thimanna Bhatta in the year 1595. The great saint who was hailed as the incarnation of Prahalada, the great bhakta of Lord Maha Vishnu, was born in the Mrighashirsha Nakshatra at Buvanagiri which is in the present day Tamilnadu. Born as Venkatanatha and fondly called Venkata Ramana, Sri Raghavendra Swami was the epitome of piety and bhakti. After serving the world and the lord for a lifetime, Sri Raghavendra Swami attained Jeeva Samadhi in the year 1671. It happened on the Dwitiya of Krishna Paksha of the Shravana month. Tirumala: March 2025 Quota Details

  The March 2025 quota of Arjita Seva tickets will be released on December 18 at 10am by TTD online which includes Arjita Sevas viz. Suprabhatam, Tomala, Archana, Astadalam. The devotees shall register for these sevas from December 18-20 and those who got the tickets shall have to pay from December 20 onwards and before the 12noon of December 22. Meanwhile, the Arjita Sevas like Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjita Brahmotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva tickets will be released at 10am on December 21 while the virtual sevas and gheir darshan slots on the same day at 3pm. TTD will release the  the Anga Pradakshinam tokens at 10am, SRIVANI tickets at 11am, Physically challenged and senior citizens at 3pm on December 23. The Rs.300 Special Entry Darshan will be released at 10am on December 24, accommodation for Tirumala and Tirupati at 3pm on the same day.
