Sri Surya Pahar is located near Gopalpara in the state of Assam


This temple is dedicated to Lord Surya


This temple was built in 1st century B.C, but present temple was built in 9th century A.D


Surya Pahar means scared hill of the sun.



Popular belief is that 99999 Shiva lingas were engraved here by vyasa in order to build up second Kashi.

Surya Pahar is confluence of three religions belonging to Hinduism, Jainisn and Buddhisim.

Sri Murugan Temple is located at Thiruparankundram in Madurai district of Tamilnadu State. It is regarded as one of the Six abodes of Lord Murugan. Sri Anchumoorthi Temple – Thirumittakode

  Sri Anchumoorthi Temple is located on the banks of Bharathappuzha at Thirumittacode of Palakkad district in Kerala State.
