Tulasi Utsavam in Tirupati Govindaraja Temple

Sri Tulasi Mahatmya Utsavam will be observed in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati on July 30.

On the auspicious day of Suddha Dwadasi, this festival will be observed.

In the morning Sri Govindaraja will take a celestial ride on Garuda Vahanam along the temple streets.

Later Asthanam will be performed where in archakas will recite Tulasi Mahatmyam Shlokas and episode.

  The once-in-a-year event, the procession of Sri Ugra Srinivasa Murty in Tirumala on the auspicious occasion of Kaisika Dwadasi will take place on November 13.
